Jenn,
The spinach articoke dip I made was awsome too. I got it from the kraft food site. I think if you scroll thru our blog, its in there somewhere. It had less ingredients then this one but it was so easy and OMG delicious!!!

I love artichoke dip. Here's a recipe I got from a friend who got it from a friend who is the head chef at a top restaurant in Virginia Beach:

1 4-oz. package cream cheese
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup Parm cheese
1 15-oz. can artichoke hearts
1 Tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 F. Puree all the ingredients together in a food processor. Spray small baking dish with cooking spray. Pour artichoke mixture into prepared dish. Bake until golden and bubbly, about 30 minutes. Serve with crackers, pita wedges, baby carrots, etc.
