Karen and I went to a farmers market on
saturday and I bought a nice zucchini. I made some very yummy zucchini bread with it. I used my moms
reciept and it came out
awsome. I
dont have the ingredients with me...but if anyone is interested I'll post them tomorrow.

I have fond memories of zucchini (which by the way I'm convinced is Italian for, "You're gonna be eatin' this all summer!") bread. My grandmother enjoyed meandering around the farmer's market, and we grandchildren always got zucchini bread out of the deal. :o)
